Virtual Performance Coaching

Our virtual performance coaching is designed to help athletes and fitness enthusiasts reach their maximum potential with 1:1 coaching with a physical therapist. Your coach will develop personalized training plans tailored to your specific goals and needs. Whether you're looking to improve athletic performance, build strength and endurance, or enhance your overall fitness level, your coach will provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to help you succeed.

In-Person Physical Therapy

For those who prefer in-person treatment, our physical therapy sessions are concierge - meaning we come to you! If needed, we have option to work in a gym setting as you progress through your training. Your physical therapist will assess your condition, develop a customized treatment plan, and provide hands-on therapy to help you recover from injuries, manage pain, and optimize your physical function. With our personalized approach and evidence-based techniques, we are committed to helping you regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve your quality of life.

What do we treat?

  • Orthopedic injuries

    From chronic back issues with lifting to newly found foot pain with race training to that *little* discomfort in your knee you've been noticing - we would love to check it out!

  • Pelvic floor problems

    Leakage with coughing or sneezing? Leakage with running, lifting, jumping? Pain with sex? Burning with urination? Pain with bowel movements? Just general pain in the low back, hips, or pelvis? We'd love to see you!

  • Performance and prevention

    Taking care of your body doesn't have to start when you have pain - if you have physical goals you want to meet this year, we'd love to set you up for success with specific and individualized performance training.

Our Owner

Claire Dowling, PT, DPT

I am a Physical Therapist originally from Augusta, GA but love the Pacific Northwest! Here I found my love for trail running, hiking, and all things outdoors. I am an avid lifter primarily with power lifting focus, but have dabbled in Olympic lifting and tailor strength training around my goals -- which is exactly what I would love to do for you! I love dogs, I love the outdoors, and I have discovered that my love language is either having coffee or going on a run for quality time with a friend.
